Jonas PE Class

As a family, we try to do squats at breakfast, pushups at lunch, and jumping jacks at dinner.

Hewitt, Indigo, and Jade have trouble doing jumping jacks. They mostly just jump up and down and wave their arms around. Hewitt can actually move his feet like jumping jacks, but not his arms at the same time. Or he can do the arm movements, but then he just jumps up and down.

So Jim gave him a lesson in jumping jacks.

The video shows Hewitt doing half a jumping jack, then Hewitt getting his lesson, then the family doing their 50 jumping jacks after dinner:

The children didn’t think it was fair that I didn’t have to do the jumping jacks. They actually thought people wouldn’t mind if the video camera was jumping up and down with me. LOL

Side note: I’d like to say that my children never climb up on the table like that, but it would be a lie. They’re not allowed to stand on the couches, but I do let them jump off the table.
