We have an alarm system in the soaproom that beeps every time a door opens. For the Jonases who run the farm store, it’s how they know to check if anyone has come into the farm store. The other day, Brett walked into the soaproom and this happened:
Jade: “Is that a customer?”
Indigo: “No, it’s just Brett.”
Jade: “Oh, she’s not important.”
Brett (gasping): “What? That hurts.”
Jade (quoting from The Aristocats): “You’re not a lady, you’re nothing but a sister!”
