When Exercise is Still Fun

I remember a time when exercise used to be fun, and not something to check off my to-do list.  I don’t remember when it stopped being fun.  Probably after I had children. Or when I was pregnant.  Yes, I definitely don’t remember exercise being fun while I was pregnant.  Indigo and Jade still think exercise is fun.  They both have yoga mats* that they sometimes use:

The day I had the camera out, Jade apparently became too tired for exercise and put her yoga mat to “better” use watching an exercise video:

Wouldn’t it be great if that actually accomplished something?

Jim and I are currently doing Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred* exercise video.  I love it because it’s a great workout in twenty minutes.  Perfect for this busy mom! Indigo (often) and Jade (sometimes) love to do the exercises.  I put together a cute video of them:

It motivates me to try and find the fun in exercising again!
