We took Thanksgiving off from the soap room, but come black Friday and Saturday it was work as usual at Goat Milk Stuff. Only this time we had LOTS of help.
Cousin Rachel learned to pull orders:
Aunt Heather learned to box them:
I sat in my office and printed postage and sent emails to everyone:
Brett taught Aunt Shannon how to make bath fizzies:
Brett had fun being the teacher:
Cousin Trevor, Poppy, and Uncle Pete learned to scrape molds and put them back together again:
Aunt Heather and Uncle Adam really had fun:
Emery was “overseer” of the order pulling:
Cousin Rachel also labeled the bath fizzy bags:
Colter and Poppy unmolded and cut the soap:
Uncle Adam taped together the USPS priority boxes for shipping:
Fletcher cut up more samples to ship out with the orders:
The children absolutely loved working with their Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. It was really fun watching them teach their jobs and take pride in doing things the right way.
My brother was positively gleeful concerned when pointing out to me an error I had made in printing a shipping label. That is, until I pointed out to him that I didn’t make an error – he had the wrong label.
Apparently sibling rivalry never really ends. LOL
Wow, that is great that you had so much help. Looks like a fun and busy time.
