Tangled, the Movie

We’ve had a lot of family staying with us for the Thanksgiving weekend. All together there are 17 cousins staying here.

We took everybody into town today to watch Disney’s Tangled in 3D. The children were all so excited about the movie (and their glasses):

I had fun getting them to pose while Jim took the video:

The 3D effects were great.  Hewitt watched the first trailer in 3D and when it was over announced, “Whoa!  That freaked me out!”  Greyden spent the first five minutes of 3D saying things like, “Wow!  Look at that!  Hey!  That was cool!  Awesome!”

We really enjoyed the movie.  My favorite scene involved a little bickering between the hero and… somebody else.  Any mom with multiple children will probably find the scene very familiar and amusing (I know I did).

Overall, I liked it much better than The Princess and the Frog, which I wasn’t crazy about.

Jade and Indigo got a little scared at one part at the end, but other than that everybody loved it! And I definitely recommend it!

  1. I was wondering if it was any good…it cost so much to take us all to a movie that I hate to waste the money when a movie isn’t good.

  2. I personally really enjoyed it. There was a part of the ending that I never saw coming, which is unusual. Normally I figure out exactly how it's going to end, but they actually managed to surprise me.
