Easter Sunday is pretty much like most other days around the Jonas homestead. There are still goats to milk and babies to feed and chores to be done. Because our families are all out of state, we don’t have a big family get together.
So what did we do today?
We enjoyed each others company by taking a family walk before dinner. We sang our favorite hymn – He Arose (remember this post?). We ate too much food – ham, crescent rolls, apple sauce, broccoli, cheesy potatoes and 3 different pies. And we thanked Jesus for His sacrifice (but we do that most days anyway).
Happy Easter, everyone!
oops…I posted before I was done! Happens all the time! he he
Your children are beautiful. You definitely have your hands full. But somehow I have a feeling they are probably amazing kids! I loved the quote…I'm gonna be 4 one day!! Definitely something to aspire to!
