I don’t have a lot to write about this week. So it will be kind of short.

Tuesday was New Year’s Eve, and so as a tradition, we went to the store and bought a bunch of junk food. So things like Pizza Rolls, Bagel Bites, Pigs in Blankets, Cheese Sticks, Jalapeno Poppers, Wings… and usually we have Spanikopita. But we couldn’t find any at the store.

That night we watched three movies! First, we watched the Space Cowboys. I really liked that one! Then Dad started playing Mr. Bean. That is a movie that I don’t think I will ever re-watch! 😂 And then because some of my brothers were at a party. We decided to watch Charlie’s Angels! Which they haven’t seen… That was my favorite of the movies we watched!

We had New Year’s day off of work, so the youngest four stacked wood! Like all day…

We all have been super busy packing for our vacation! Colter, Emery, and Greyden are driving down to Florida and stopping at our cousin’s house on the way. So they are leaving on Saturday. But the rest of us are flying on Monday. So all of us kids are getting super excited and started packing on Wednesday!

That is a typical picture of my brothers! I told them I needed a photo to put in the Homestead Happenings right before they left, and this is the only photo I got. So this is the one you get! 

Because we are headed on vacation. I will not be writing the Homestead Happenings every week. The staff back at the farm will be taking some pictures for me, and when I get back, I will write them all up, and post them then!
