Back from having a blast at a 5K Color Run. We’re a colorful bunch!

Making lots and lots of goat cheese!

We took the children to a Moroccan restaurant and sat on the floor.  That was a first for us and it was awesome (except certain of the children kept kicking each other LOL!)

We have a new soap scent we’ve never tried coming this October. Any guesses what it is?

We got our Cheese Kitchen Approval!  I was so excited I had to take a “selfie” with my dairy inspectors.

Throwback Thursday – The other day, Hewitt won a ribbon at a cross country meet and it reminded me of this photo we took when he was four. He’s always been super excited about the ribbons he wins! (Wasn’t little Hewitt super cute??)

Yesterday we had a gorgeous sunset across the farm!

Indigo and Jade loving on John Boy. He has become quite the favorite! Everyone loves him.

Our garden has been yielding a lot of produce this year! Yesterday Indigo harvested more carrots. We love eating them fresh out of the garden, but there have been too many to eat fresh this year! These will probably get chopped up and frozen so we’ll have veggies over the winter. What do you do with your extra vegetables?

I Love when we get to spend family time hiking. Mountains and creeks are the best part!

Throwback Thursday – little Hewitt and Indigo being goofballs. I can’t believe how big they’ve gotten!

Many of you have probably heard us talk about our indoor cat, Ginger. One of her favorite places to sit is on top the couches!

We just cut a batch of chocolate caramels; next we wrap them! Doesn’t it look pretty?

Indigo has been hard at work making more sugar scrub cubes today.
