Goat Milk Stuff = Fast Shipping

At Goat Milk Stuff, we believe that fast shipping is important.  I know that when I order something on the internet, I want it now! LOL So we work very hard to make sure that if you place your order before our mailman arrives, we ship it out before the mailman leaves. Brett (our shipping manager) explains our shipping process in this video.

In the video, you can see Kim and Kristen in the background.  They help Brett make sure the orders get out on time.  The boys and little girls often help with shipping orders and putting together boxes.  But quite often they are needed in the retail room, barn, or unmolding area. Brett now knows that she has help even when her siblings are needed elsewhere.

Brett has always been extremely capable, but she continues to impress us with what she can accomplish.

  1. You all do an awesome job at getting my orders shipped out fast. If I place an order in the morning, it’s usually shipped out the same day. When I order clothes or shoes online, unfortunately it takes longer to get my order – I’ve been spoiled with your fast shipping. Fast shipping is important, especially when the items you order are needed asap – honestly though, who wants to wait to get their order : )

    • That’s always been my attitude! When I orders something online I want it right away. I don’t want to wait for it. That’s why I make such a big deal about getting orders out quickly here. I’m glad that it’s spoiling you! LOL PJ

  2. I agree with you PJ, when we order something, we don’t want to wait lol
    But getting my soaps and candles and lotions, are worth the wait, in fact I will be receiving that order soon and I cant wait ! Thank you Brett for being our new Shipping Mgr ! GO BRETT !

  4. Great article! Also good to see the “behind the scenes” of fast on time delivery. Many online think when they buy something the magical warehouse fairies package and ship the goods, but it’s real people and hard work behind the scenes that make the fast deliveries happen.
