We were driving someplace new earlier today. Fletcher noticed that something was different on Nuvi (our GPS). There was an ORANGE flag instead of a black and white checked flag to mark our destination.
Fletcher: “What’s up with Nuvi? Why is her flag orange instead of black and white?”
Mom: “Good observation Fletchy-Boo! Nuvi’s flag is orange because it is not where we are going, it is just a place that we are driving past to look at.”
Fletcher: “Oh, it’s orange because it’s not our destiny?”
Mom (laughing): “Only God knows if it’s our destiny, but I know it’s not our final destination, Fletchy!”
It is so funny watching Fletcher mixing up words, like in this post. But he’s getting a lot better, and each time we correct him, he learns something new!
